About the service
PrivVault provides an online marketplace that presents information about private credit and alternative investment opportunities and facilitates non-binding enquiries between investors and issuers. PrivVault does not provide investment, legal or tax advice and does not collect, hold or transfer investor funds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Opportunities may be restricted to certain investor classifications or jurisdictions. Self-declarations made during onboarding do not constitute verification of eligibility.
Listings and information
Listings are reviewed before publication, but PrivVault does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of issuer-provided information or the performance of any opportunity. Illustrative demo listings are fictional and are not offers.
Your obligations
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, do not misuse documents shared with you, and do not attempt to access data you are not permitted to view. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
