How we use information
To provide the marketplace, review submissions, route enquiries between investors and issuers, deliver notifications, maintain audit records and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can withdraw consent in Settings at any time.
Sharing
When you submit an enquiry, your display name, intended amount and message are shared with the relevant issuer. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage and email delivery under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
